What Is Coix Seed Powder?

The product is a functional substance rich in nutrients, extracted from mature seeds of Coix lacryma-jobi var. ma-yuen, also known as Job’s Tears. It is an off-white fine powder and a rich source of nutrients, including around 13.8% protein, essential amino acids, crude fibre, and critical minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc.

Our processing technique uses low temperature baking methods to protect heat sensitive nutrients and to reduce fat oxidation. This is a pale white to light grey powder with a slight nutty smell that has no artificial chemicals. Available in 80-120 mesh diameters, it is more bioavailable than raw grain forms.​​​​​​​
