Q：How do you ensure consistent quality across batches?

A: We have complete traceability from the source material to the end product. Each batch is tested at three stages: when raw materials are received, throughout the manufacturing process and for the final goods. Samples of each batch are retained for at least two years. All shipments come with a manufacturer COA and may be submitted for 3rd-party testing upon request.

Q: What is your lead time?

A: For normal stock products it takes 2-5 days following order confirmation. Lead time for customised orders (particular particle size, extract ratio or private label packaging) is 7-15 days, depending on the amount of order. Bulk orders of 5-10 tons may take 15-20 days.
