Extraction Process

1) Crush Motherwort herbs to obtain powdered form.

2) Soak the powdered Motherwort herbs in a mixture of hydrochloric acid and ethanol with a mass ratio of 1:1 to 2:1, filter to obtain the first ethanol extract.

3) Soak the filtered Motherwort herbs in ethanol, filter to obtain the second ethanol extract.

4) Mix and blend the first and second ethanol extracts, perform vacuum distillation, and collect the distillation fluid.

5) Purify the distillation fluid using a large-pore adsorption resin column, wash with a 70% ethanol solution by mass fraction, and collect the eluate.
