What Is Aescin Powder?

The product is a purified compound of triterpene saponins from horse chestnut seeds. It contains Beta-Aescin and Alpha-Aescin isomers, of which Beta-Aescin has greater venotonic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Q: How can you guaranty the quality of the product is consistent from batch to batch? What do you follow? Can I get a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each lot?

A：We have strong control of quality from​​​​​​​ raw materials to final goods and our internal control is quite strict (content ≥98%, HPLC test). For each batch of goods, a full COA is provided with main indications such as content, moisture, heavy metals and microbes to ensure consistency across batches.

Q: What is the MOQ? What is the usual delivery time? Do you take emergency requests?

A: Our normal MOQ is 1kg. Normal orders are sent in around 7-15 business days after confirmation. Urgent orders may be arranged depending on inventories, and despatch is as quick as 3-5 business days.

Q: What are the package specifications? Do you have any particular transportation needs? Who will be doing the customs?

A：Common packaging is 1kg/aluminum foil bag, 25kg/cardboard drum, and customization is also available upon request. Transportation can be carried out at room temperature and away from light; cold chain is not required. We assist in providing a complete set of customs clearance documents, but import customs clearance is handled by the customer's local agent.
